KVP (in English: CIP > Continuous Improvement Process) and the Brand – indulge and make perfect

KVP – To us, this means a process of spoiling our customers, and we live it every day with strong conviction. It is also a part of our brand. In order to intensify this process, all employees of Team Trans Hamburg and Team Trans Logistics embarked on a journey on 15th January, 2016. Our place of destination was a conference hotel in Hanstedt. After having checked-in at the hotel, off we went immediately.

After four teams had been formed, everyone started out for the town. The task was to look out for some brands and labels in the various shops in Hanstedt.

All these activities lasted until dusk.

Discussions were quite intensive as to which brands had been recognized, and why was that so. The individual groups had to present their results.

There were, indeed, brands completely unknown to us. However, due to advertising media, we were very familiar with most of the articles.

Finally, the day came to an end, and in the evening a murder mystery dinner awaited us. We were relocated to the South Sea, and “Aloha” became our catchphrase for the weekend.

In these exotic surroundings, dangerous criminal acts took their course. Several corpses had to be carted off.

The crime was investigated with great efforts. Fortunately, the murderer was identified and caught, and the story came to a happy ending.

Next morning investigations continued.  However, this time the main topics were >> Our strong points and the key aspects of our own brand. Everyone was enthusiastic and participated with firm conviction. Our cards filled with numerous ideas covered two entire pin boards.

Many of the suggestions and ideas, we will implement in the coming weeks and months.

Tired but highly motivated, we all set off for home at the end of our weekend.
